Who we are

BRIGHTCAREERS MAINTENANCE AND STAFFING LTD. is a British Columbia corporation delivering two complementary service lines: cleaning and maintenance in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, and staffing and recruitment solutions across Canada.

Our directors, Sahil Chugh and Vijay Kumar, built BrightCareers to bridge operational gaps—whether that means a building that must stay presentation-ready, or a plant that needs reliable temporary and seasonal labor.

We operate as a practical Canadian B2B partner: clear scopes, direct communication, and service designed around real operating hours—not brochure language that ignores salt season, night shifts, or harvest windows. Property managers, facility leads, and operations employers work with us because consistency compounds; missed cleans and empty lines do not.

How we work

Cleaning engagements begin with understanding the building: traffic patterns, access rules, finishes, and the outcomes that matter to tenants or residents. We document checklists, agree service windows, and assign contacts who can act when something needs correction. Supervisors and quality follow-up are part of the model—because a checklist without inspection is only paperwork.

Staffing engagements begin with role reality: shift times, physical demands, tickets or hygiene rules, and how long the need will last. We recruit against those facts, brief candidates honestly, and stay involved when attendance issues threaten a peak or a line. Temporary and seasonal programs are planned against calendars whenever employers share forecasts early enough to build a pipeline.

Across both lines, we prefer written clarity over vague commitments. Exclusions are stated. Regional differences—Ontario winter grit, Alberta dust, coastal BC moisture, pan-Canada labour markets—are treated as operational inputs, not footnotes.

Many clients use one line; some use both. A distribution centre in Alberta may need industrial floor cleaning and peak warehouse labour. A BC strata may need common-area programs while a related commercial entity needs pan-Canada recruiting. One company context keeps those conversations simpler.
